2025 Event Details
The 2025 convention weekend will be held at Sawtell RSL, Sawtell NSW across the weekend of 11th-13th July 2025.
We are preparing some details on what to expect across the weekend and will post these here soon for you.
Where Things Are
Sawtell (NSW) is located 10km south of Coffs Harbour. It is a vibrant little town with more than its fair share of cool cafes, galleries and boutique shopping.
Sessions will be held at the Sawtell RSL Club, 38-40 First Ave, Sawtell NSW 2452.
Some Saturday sessions will be held at the Sawtell Surf Life Saving Club, Cnr &, Fourth Ave & Second Ave, Sawtell NSW 2452. The Surf Life Saving Club is directly behind the RSL club.
Great Places to Stay
For those wanting to stay close by, there are many holiday homes you can rent.
If you are looking for more traditional or less expensive options, there is the Big 4 Sawtell Holiday Park that has cabins you can share within a reasonable walking distance. Or if cabins aren’t your thing – then try the Sawtell Motor Inn. Also – there are many places only a short drive away in Coffs Harbour.

Getting Here
Sawtell is an easy 15min drive south of Coffs Harbour, a 5.5-hour drive north from Sydney and 4.5 hour drive south from Brisbane.
Qantas has direct flights to Coffs Harbour from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane; while Rex & Link Airways also operate flights from Sydney and Brisbane to Coffs Harbour.
