The Convention Marketplace

The marketplace at the 2025 Convention weekend will behave differently to previous years. Rather than a dedicated market day, we have chosen to have the markets run alongside the evening sessions to allow people to browse at their leisure before and during the shows.

We would like to make the marketplace dynamic and have different offerings each evening. So we will be offering single day and multi day options for stallholders to select from.

• What is the cost to have a table?
  $100 per evening, $170 for both evenings.
• What do I get?
  A trestle table (1.7×0.7m) and 1-2 chairs. If you need space for a hanging rack, please let us know and this can be arranged.
• When is bump in and bump out each day?
  Bump in/out times are still to be confirmed, but you can expect it’ll likely be in around 4pm and out between 10-11pm.
• If I have a table over more than 1 evening, can I leave it setup each evening rather than pack it down each day?
  No, sadly we will have the spaces in use and cleaning staff in overnight, so need to make sure, for your wares safety, that you pack your stall away if you are at both evening events.
• Is there storage space for my boxes during the shows or for my gear overnight?
  All boxes, bags or luggage must be stored within your market space for during the vending time. There is no additional separate storage space available at any time.
• How do I apply to have a market stall at the 2025 Convention?
  EOI’s for the 2025 event are now open using the form linked off the button below. Please note that we’ll be balancing the marketplace for types of stalls and so will try our best to give you the day(s) you have requested, but may not be able to fulfill all requests.
