The Convention Marketplace

The Convention Marketplace will be an day time market available on the Saturday at the 2025 Convention weekend! 

Situated in the hall, the market place will feature some amazing market stalls while some convention sessions run in the second space, and some special things that will be happening in the Marketplace hall (to be announced still).

Be a Part of the Marketplace!

The marketplace at the 2025 Convention weekend on a dedicated day – Saturday 30th May. 

Some sessions have been chosen to run at the same time in a separate space adjacent to the marketplace, and we have some super plans in the works for an event to be happening in the hall to help bring people in.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the cost to have a table?
    $100 per standard sized stall.
  • What do I get?
    A trestle table (1.7×0.7m) and 1-2 chairs. If you need space for a hanging rack, please let us know and this can be arranged.
  • When is bump in and bump out each day?
    Bump in/out times are still to be confirmed, but you can expect it’ll likely be in around 10-11am and out between 4-5pm.
  • Is there storage space for my boxes during the shows or for my gear overnight?
  • All boxes, bags or luggage must be stored within your market space for during the vending time. There is no additional separate storage space available at any time.
  • How do I apply to have a market stall at the 2026 Convention?
