The Convention Marketplace

The Convention Marketplace will be open for you to browse all weekend! Situated in a space adjacent to the session spaces, the market place will feature some amazing market stalls with some stalls changing each day across the weekend.

Also available in the Convention Marketplace are tea and coffee making facilities, a filtered water tap and some seating for you to sit and eat or rest at.

Be a Part of the Marketplace!

The marketplace at the 2024 Convention weekend will behave differently to previous years. Rather than a dedicated market day, we have chosen to have the markets run alongside the day time sessions to allow people to browse at their leisure between or during sessions all weekend long.

This doesn’t mean that you need to be here all weekend though.

We would like to make the marketplace dynamic and have different offerings each day. So we will be offering single day and multi day options for stallholders to select from.

What is the cost to have a table?
$100 per day, $180 for 2 days or $250 for all 3 days.
What do I get?
A trestle table (1.7×0.7m) and 1-2 chairs. If you need space for a hanging rack, please let us know and this can be arranged.
When is bump in and bump out each day?
Every day the bump in/out times are the same. Bump in between 8:30-9:30am. Bump out from 3pm
If I have a table over more than 1 day, can I leave it setup each evening rather than pack it down each day?
Yes, but we will need you to cover up your table and remove any valuable items. The hall will be in use all weekend including outside of market times and we are not responsible for if anything goes missing from your table after bump out. We will try out best to ensure that people are not in the space, however we cannot guarantee the safety of your precious wares and will not be held liable for any damages or theft.
Is there storage space for my boxes during the day or for my gear overnight?
All boxes, bags or luggage must be stored within your market space. There is no additional separate storage space.
How do I apply to have a market stall at the 2024 Convention?
EOI’s for the 2024 event are now closed. Please note that we’ll be balancing the marketplace for types of stalls and so will try our best to give you the day(s) you have requested, but may not be able to fulfill all requests.
